Legacy Projects at HOC Help Patients Connect Past, Present and Future

End-of-life experts at Hospice of Cincinnati say it’s common for people to become concerned about their legacy in their final days. Because part of the hospice’s mission is to create a meaningful end-of-life experience, staff and volunteers have begun to work with patients and their families on “legacy projects.”
