Experience Coordinating volunteers; Excellent computer skills including databases, MS office products including Word, Excel and Outlook; Strong organizational skills and process management. Comfortable with public speaking and community events. Experience working in hospice or healthcare environment a plus. Experience with EPIC, Volgistics, JotForm or SignUp Genius a plus. Experience with coaching and conflict resolution a plus.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR-HOSPICE OF CINCINNATI: The Volunteer Coordinator has the primary responsibility for recruiting, training, placing, supervising and supporting volunteers and for the asignment of volunteers in meeting the needs of the patients, their families and the organization. The Volunteer Coordinator reports to the Supervisor Volunteer Services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Associate’s Degree
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years Professional in Other in a related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Public speaking, presentation and training experienced. Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks. WORD, EXCEL, and Outlook Inrtermediate skills. Internal and external customer customer service skills. .
