What better way to experience compassionate, meaningful end-of-life care than right in your own community, cared for by people from that community?
Since 2002, Hospice of Hamilton (an affiliate of Hospice of Cincinnati) has been dedicated to being the premier not-for-profit, end-of-life resource for residents of Hamilton and nearby areas.
Hospice of Hamilton (HOH) combines the strengths of community-based hospice care with the depth and expertise of Hospice of Cincinnati (HOC), the nation’s 4th-oldest hospice and the largest, most experienced hospice of its kind in southwestern Ohio.
If you live in Hamilton or one of the surrounding communities, this means that:
- All of the services available from HOC are available from HOH as well, because HOH comprises the North Care team for HOC.
- You or the one you love can experience end-of-life care in your home or in the place you live, or close-by in our Hamilton Inpatient Care Center.
- You’ll be cared for by people from your own community. Members of our HOH team live and work in Hamilton or nearby, enabling them to better understand the needs of our patients and families who live in this area. Our HOH Advisory Board members – like HOH’s beloved former medical director, William Krall, MD – represent the Hamilton community as well.
We invite you to learn more about all of the services provided by HOC, which extend northward to include patients of HOH.
