HOC Navigators’ Stephanie Leung Accepted into Prestigious Leadership Program, C-Change

Stephanie Leung, Project Specialist for Advanced Illness Programs at HOC Navigators, has been named to the 18th C-Change class by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. This year’s class consists of 57 local employees. Stephanie will participate in the 10-month leadership development program, created to help advance careers locally.

(March 7, 2023)— The premier leadership-development program in Cincinnati has chosen Stephanie Leung to be a part of the 2023 C-Change class. Amongst a pool of many applicants and a strict selection process, Stephanie stood out. She will now take part in a curriculum that combines leadership development with community engagement. C-Change members will lead important community projects, which impact their local areas.

Target participants of the program include mid-career leaders with over 8 years of professional experience. Those selected were individuals who sought to enhance their own leadership capabilities and had a desire to form more relationships with peers that would lead to meaningful change. Applicants also had to show an eagerness to expand their social network, both professionally and personally – all while stressing the continued practice of their leadership skills.

The C-Change curriculum is rigorous, and already underway. Kickoff began in late February and monthly sessions will focus on topics such as, Community Connection, Leadership and Communication Style Assessment and Regional History. Smaller group projects will also be incorporated to further develop team dynamics and impact the Greater Cincinnati area. A graduation celebration will be held in November.

Through these sessions, members will have many positive outcomes. They will be able to take with them the skills acquired over the 10-month course and have the ability to use this knowledge in their professional lives. This is why the C-Change program is making true strides in the Cincinnati community – and it’s thanks in big part to driven employees like Stephanie.
