Grieving with Intention: Cooking for One

The Goldstein Family Grief Center is excited to partner with CJ Jones, Dietetic Technology Program Chair at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, to offer this unique grief program. Everything in our life changes following the death of loved one, even the way the that we eat. This workshop will include a presentation and discussion about the unique challenges related to mealtimes while navigating your grief journey and offer a demonstration with practical tips for cooking for one.
