Our proactive, patient-centered approach alleviates the need to call 911 or make frantic visits to the emergency room when illness-related symptoms flare up.
Not only do we provide around-the-clock care for the patient, but we also provide support for the entire family. The Hospice of Cincinnati interdisciplinary team includes a physician, nurses, social workers, hospice aides, chaplains and trained volunteers. We work closely together with a focus on each patient’s unique needs, from the medical to the psychological to the spiritual.
